I am so happy that I was able to get home for Mother’s Day this year to spend time with my mom.

She is the one who has given me the courage and motivation to do this blog. Without the support she has given me I would still be  scared to have a blog.

She is also just as fashion obsessed as I am. Like mother like daughter; she is the reason for my love of fashion. I am still learning from her, but now I have inspired her in some ways, which is such a wonderful feeling.

Today I wore pink because it’s one of our favorite colors. I layered my lightweight pink jacket over a navy button down dress that I cinched with a leopard belt. My leopard belt is a staple item in my closet!
