It was so nice after these recent weeks to just sit on my couch with a glass of wine and watch the bachelorette. I didn’t worry about unpacking or anything else that I should have been doing. With the realization that I don’t have anywhere to go after traveling quite a bit, I know that this will be a long week!

One thing I am excited about is this look! It’s great when different elements come together to create something you just can’t wait to show everyone. I love to wear pattern on pattern, to reinvent the pieces in my closet. Black and white is always a classic look and I think if you want to start mixing patterns, it’s the easiest place to start.

The sporty cut of this top paired with the long full skirt keeps it feminine and classic but with a playful side. I think this will probably be one of Steve’s favorite outfits. One of the nicest compliments he has given me was when he said I reminded him of Audrey Hepburn. When I think of someone who was a style icon- it’s Audrey Hepburn; who doesn’t want to be, or take style inspiration from her?
