Holiday party season is in full swing, so that means finding something fun and festive to wear. If you are invited to several parties, sometimes the guest lists overlap so you need something a little different for each occasion. Having a few party dresses that can be worn after the holidays are a great addition to any closet.

I haven’t invested in the classic red party dress because I think it might sit in my closet 11 months of the year. Don’t get me wrong- I do have two hunter green dresses in my closet, but I tend to wear more green than red. I always try to find dresses that are festive, but I can still wear once the holidays are over.

I love this dress because it has the winter white appeal, and the pattern makes it a good holiday dress. I paired it with my maroon suede heels and this fun vest as an additional layer. When the holidays are over I will wear the dress with a cute ankle bootie and maybe layer a chambray over top to make it more casual.
